: The Corporation may make regulations subject to this Act and the rules made under this Act to manage all its operations. However, while making regulations on the following matters, the Corporation will have to take the approval of the Government of Nepal
(a) prescribing the functions, duties and powers of directors,
(b) To organize the salaries, allowances, gratuities, gratuities and welfare funds of the employees of the corporation.
